TEST INTERFACES  | DUT AND LOAD BOARDS DUT and LOAD boards are closely related to probe cards and can be designed by our CAD team at the same time as the probe card’s PCB so as to reduce the design costs and the overall development time for a given project.
|  | SPECIAL AND CUSTOM TEST SOCKETS As a global supplier of test interfaces, Synergie Cad develops test solutions for special packages. This can be an add-on to the DUT design or a standalone test system for a device prior to or after packaging.

BURN-IN BOARDS  | The Synergie Cad group is expert in Burn-In solutions for both static and dynamic testing applications. We offer Burn-In and reliability test boards for all types of devices including the latest BGA and µBGA packages with 0.5 mm pitch and pop up test sockets. Boards may be designed for main industry equipment such as AEHR (ATX, Max3,…) MAZZALI (C Standard, Modugral), CLIMAT SAPRATIN,… Boards developed by Synergie Cad may be used for Burn-In, reliability testing, HAST, and other applications related to device life testing.

DEMONSTRATOR AND EVALUATION KITS | Synergie Cad designs, develops and produces FPGA based demonstration and evaluation kits. Synergie Cad is also a design centre for STPC devices. After Synergie Cad Engineers, experts in their specific domain, complete their analysis, the R&D team designs demonstration and evaluation boards using ZUKEN CADSTAR Platinum or CADENCE Allegro Expert CAD stations.
For Mechanical design, AUTOCAD software is used.
Multi-layer PCBs are also designed in-house, even for 0.5 mm pitch for which µ via Laser technology is used. Various materials such as Polyimide, Rogers, etc… can be used.
All cards are assembled and tested prior to delivery. Corresponding data is recorded in a database to allow full traceability and can be used for future reference.
