SiSTEM Technology is pleased to announce a new partnership with Purience, a South Korean maker of post-CMP PVA brushes, now represented by SiSTEM Technology in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
This collaboration strengthens SiSTEM Technology’s offering within wafer processing and semiconductor consumables, giving customers a second source of PVA brushes for post-CMP cleaning.
Introducing Purience
Founded in 2022 as an in-house venture of SK hynix, Purience specialises in PVA brushes for post-CMP wafer cleaning.
With a strong focus on technical innovation and customer-driven development, Purience is committed to delivering high-quality consumables that support both process performance and long-term supply stability.
PVA Brushes for Post-CMP Cleaning
Purience makes PVA roller brushes for 200 mm and 300 mm post-CMP cleaners, with the sponge and core made as one part.
