Torch elements

High-flow and low-flow torch elements, redesigned to let more radiant energy through, and an extensive line of replacement torches for most major furnaces, including TEL, Kokusai, Tempress, Thermco and SVG. Send us the OEM torch part number.

Vestibule blocks and end chambers

Made from DS Fibertech’s vacuum-formed ceramic fibre, an engineered blend of fibres rated to 1,500°C that stands up well to thermal shock. End chambers go through a second process that toughens the outer skin for better wear resistance.

Collars and heat disks

Woven from high-purity alumina and silica ceramic fibre, with a soft inner layer. They make a light seal for parts that are handled or reused often.
