Successful Deployment of the Fortrend 300mm FOUP System

We’re excited to share a key milestone that highlights both our commitment to innovation and the strength of our strategic partnerships: the successful deployment of Fortrend 300mm FOUP systems to a leading automation and robotics solutions provider in Europe.

As a proud partner of Fortrend, a globally respected leader in wafer handling solutions, we’re delighted to have delivered 12 units of the Fortrend FO-3100-XYZ 300mm Load Port FOUP Opener, with an additional four units scheduled later this year.

A Collaboration That Delivers

This achievement was the result of more than just supplying high-quality equipment. It was built on a year-long, collaborative engagement with our customer to tailor the Fortrend 300mm FOUP system to their specific automation architecture. Together, we customised an all electro-pneumatic FOUP system, integrating it seamlessly into their tool environment and adapting the SECs/GEM communications to support proprietary software commands. In addition, we were able to offer a cost-effective solution that met both technical and budgetary requirements. This tailored approach gave our customer a high-performance solution aligned precisely with their end customer manufacturing flow, and demonstrated the flexibility and depth of the Fortrend platform when backed by hands-on support.
