Process Technology: High-Purity and Industrial Process Heaters
Process Technology, founded in 1978 and based in Willoughby, Ohio, designs and builds electric heaters for liquids and gases. Its high-purity range heats DI water, acids, bases, solvents and nitrogen inline on wet benches and cleaning lines, with flow paths in PTFE, PFA, quartz, titanium or electropolished stainless steel to suit the chemistry. Its industrial range covers immersion heaters, coils, heat exchangers and the controls that run them, for plating, anodising, PCB and metal finishing tanks. Lufran is Process Technology’s brand for DI water and chemical heaters, and its Dynatronix brand makes power supplies and plating rectifiers.
SiSTEM Technology has supplied Process Technology heaters in the UK and Ireland since 2002. We quote and supply the full range, provide spares and install the heaters we sell. See the inline DI water and chemical heaters or the high-purity DI water heaters, or contact us with your flow rate, temperature and chemistry.
Heaters matched to the chemistry
Wetted parts in PTFE, PFA, PVDF, quartz, titanium or 316 stainless steel, chosen for what's flowing through them.DI water from 12 kW to 312 kW
